Sir Ivan upgrades to $10M South Beach penthouse

Ivan Wilzig, professionally known as recording artist and philanthropist Sir Ivan, has just paid $10.2 million for a penthouse at the W South Beach, designed by Yabu Pushelberg.

It was most recently asking $13 million, per the listing.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit at 2201 Collins Ave. is 2,912 square feet and comes with an additional 690 square feet of outdoor space that includes a pool and a built-in hot tub.

“It is separate from the pool and cantilevers off the side of the 20-story building, making you feel like you are in a Jacuzzi floating in air,” Wilzig says.

The penthouse features ocean and downtown Miami views and access to all the hotel’s amenities. Inside the smart-wired home is a chef’s kitchen, Lutron lighting and spa-like bathrooms.
